Conference DinnerAn optional dinner will be held on the evening of Friday 26 September. Tickets are available at a cost of £35 + VAT @ 17.5% = £41.13 per ticket and should be booked by completing the relevant section on the conference registration form. PaymentRegistration fees are payable in advance of the Conference. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the conference secretariat. Alternative payment methods: Cheques should be made payable to Elsevier and should be sent with your completed registration form. In order to pay by bank transfer, you will first require an invoice. An invoice will be sent to you by airmail upon receipt of a signed registration form completed with your contact details and registration details. The reverse side of the invoice provides Elsevier bank account details for transfer purposes. Please do not transfer fees until you have received your invoice. It is essential that you include your invoice number when instructing your bank. Please forward a copy of the bank transfer documentation to the conference secretariat. CancellationsSubstitutions may be made at any time but please advise the conference secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately in writing. Provided written notice is received by 14 August 2008, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration fee. Provided written notice is received by 28 August 2008 a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 28 August 2008, or for no-shows at the Conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charge) will be payable. In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the Conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates. ChangesDetails are correct at the time of going to print. The organizers reserve the right to change any session in the final programme. |
